Every company has standards and best practices; however, they are seldom used, as accessing them is often a complicated process. With SOLO, we incorporate a client's knowledge and best practices, keep it visible to only that client, and combine it with RAND's knowledge. The advantage is that a single search by a user returns information from both sources. Users get related information from their own company's internal standards and learning objects from ASCENT in one search. Comprehensive Search Engine

Search for information on core level topics within Pro/ENGINEER using one of these Learning Objects:

• At A Glance: Provides an overview of a feature or process
• How Do I: Provides a step-by-step procedure for accomplishing a task. Some of the How Do I learning objects include files to practice the procedure.
• Demonstration: View animated demonstrations of techniques and processes.
• Solution: Obtain solutions to common questions (FAQs)
• WebLessons: These learning objects are in-depth and interactive modules that provide users with instruction, demonstrations, and practice exercises on core application topics.
  

Bookmarks

The Bookmark feature allows users to return to a specific section of SOLO at a later time for review. There are no limits to how many times a bookmark can be used, and items will remain bookmarked until they are viewed.
