The Revit MEP (HVAC System Design) Course enable the student to use the software tools to design HVAC systems, to integrate MEP designs in a project and to use views, schedules and sheets to document your design. The prevailing version of Autodesk Revit will be used for this course.

You will learn about:

  • Preparing HVAC Models for Design
  • Process of Creating Room Color Fills
  • Process of Exporting gbXML
  • Process of Using Imported gbXML Data to Update Airflow.
  • Process of Using Imported gbXML Data to Color-Fill Rooms
  • Creating HVAC Designs
  • Process of Adding Mechanical Parts
  • Process of Creating a Supply System
  • Process of Creating Duct Routing in a Return System
  • Process of Inspecting a System
  • Process of Routing Piping

    Pre-requisites:

  • Trainees must have Autodesk Revit Architectural basic knowledge.
  • A working knowledge of Windows operating systems.

    The training course will be conducted in English, unless otherwise specified.
